The Voorhees Township Planning Board approved the conversion of a closed Rite Aid Pharmacy on Route 73 into a Goodwill Industries thrift shop and donation center at its August meeting. The board unanimously endorsed the change of use for the property at 111 Route 73, near Lakeside Avenue. Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia Inc., based in Maple Shade, plans to use the space to sell “gently used” clothing, housewares, linens, electronics, furniture, home medical equipment, and toys.
