The sale comes just over two years after First National Realty Partners acquired the property for $29 million in May 2022, according to Camden County property records.
Acme Markets remains a major tenant at the 700 Haddonfield-Berlin Road shopping center, situated across from the Golf Land pitch and putt venue. In a news release on Friday, KPR hinted at potential new developments at the site.
